At the centre is Patrick M. Niederhauser — a Swiss federally certified real-estate trustee, Senior Real Estate Expert and real-estate professional with more than 30 years of experience. His SAP background reaches back to IS-RE in 1996/97; since 2005 his focus has been SAP RE-FX, S/4HANA, integration and lease accounting
